Observations

Observation: I have noticed that the "tough chic has helped me get through the tough times during my upbringing. It is like a big sister helping out a younger sister with the bully. Now I see it as a hinderance. Meaning when I have sessions with Miriam, I feel touch chic is there telling me to be brave and grin and brave. I want to let lose the emotions. I need to keep her where she is. Hard to do when she has been a part of me.
